A revolution in comfort & style
Built with your comfort in mind
Nothing about the construction of The Marci at 35 has been accidental.
Normally most people only care about how their home is built when they experience a problem. The wind shakes the walls during a storm, or they can hear every single step the upstairs neighbour takes, or they spend a fortune on extra fans in the summer and space heaters in the winter. The Marci at 35 certainly features a stunning exterior design, but its true beauty is more than skin-deep.
Complete ICF construction means that it's cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter, and quieter all year round. In-floor radiant heat in all of our spacious units means no cold feet getting in the shower in the morning, just a warm comfortable feeling radiating from our custom floors.

The Design
While the owners of JETCO Properties are experts in superior construction techniques, they freely admit you shouldn't allow them to pick out paint colors or flooring. So to make sure that The Marci at 35 exceeded expectations, they enlisted the help of one of Nova Scotia's top designers.
With over 15 years of experience, Emily Rendell has worked on a large range of architectural and interior detailing projects, from residential and commercial to industrial design projects. She was the head designer and creator for Napoleon Fireplaces, and most recently the designer behind the 2020 QEII Home Lottery Grand Prize Cottage.
Emily takes pride in listening to her clients and following through with developing the desired design details. Learn more at her site, www.rendellhomes.com
